Implementation
Our consultants would be there at your premises to understand your business
processes, and then we would prepare a document consisting of the list of
activities to be undertaken to bring in the business solution into the daily
business activities. Documents would be prepared to chart out the activities
for the project.
Once the design document has been refined and finalized, ERT Group's
fulfillment department procures all the specified components. Upon receipt of
the component pieces, we proceed to configure your customized system.
Rigorous testing and troubleshooting ensures a flawless smooth transition and
