Team Lead/Software Engineer
Job Summary
Needed in Broward to manage customer service operations. Define service

Job Description:
Duties will include:

Assisting clients with Great Plains/CRM implementations from the application
design phase through to set-up and configuration of the required modules.

Training on various Great Plains/CRM modules.

Documentation of training manuals, design books, business processes and details
of workshops in a professional format.

Data conversion using Excel and Access.

Traveling to clients on a daily basis within South Florida and on an exception
basis outside of Florida.

Junior Consultant
Job Summary:
A Great Plains Implementation Consultant that will be focused on the delivery,
implementation, training and some support of Microsoft's Great Plains
solutions.
Job Description:
The Consultant should have functional skills in Great Plains that will be used
in performing these tasks:

Consultants will also play a project management role for smaller clients and
projects.
-
Consultant will be part of one or multiple teams that will use problem-solving
skills to develop and implement Great Plains for ERT Group clients.
-
The consultant will be familiar with software implementation and structured
implementation methodologies.
-
A Great Plains Implementation Consultant will spend a majority of their time
executing tasks related to client delivery and support. Most of this client
time will be focused on detailed project tasks. A small portion of client time
will be spent on project management tasks.

A Consultant will also be expected to participate in team building and to
develop team and client relationships.
-
Any non-client time will be spent on personal training, internal projects and
administrative tasks.

Consulting work will be primarily performed at our client sites.

Some amount of overnight travel (approximately 10% to 20%) is inherent in any
consulting business and will be required of our team members.
Responsibilities:
